Start with one workflow

A small pilot.
An agreed scope.

We review your current website, email and CRM before proposing connections. You may already have tools that support part of the process.

  1. Understand the process. Choose one source of enquiries and an owner for each next step.
  2. Approve the rules. Agree message text, timing, channels and stop conditions.
  3. Test with your team. Verify capture, delivery, reply detection and cancellation using test contacts.
  4. Launch after approval. Monitor the agreed workflow and review enquiries, replies and bookings.

Questions before we start

Do we have to replace our CRM?

Not necessarily. We check the tools you use and their connection options first. Scope and pricing depend on the agreed implementation.

How does the system know an estimate was sent?

For a simple pilot, your staff send the estimate as usual and mark it as sent in the tracking system. Automatic detection can be considered after verifying your CRM or email connection.

What happens when the customer replies?

The intended workflow pauses reminders and alerts a member of your team. Reply detection, booking updates and opt-out handling must be tested for the selected systems before launch.

What does ongoing support include?

Monitoring, issue handling and an agreed allowance for changes can be provided separately. Support scope, service subscriptions, message charges and cancellation terms are agreed before payment.

Is this a guarantee of more sales?

No. A pilot provides an agreed process for consistent follow-up. We review its results with your team rather than promise a particular number of bookings.
